We are searching for an experienced and driven Human Resources Director to ensure that all of our HR operations are run efficiently and effectively. The company’s HR practices must align with established business goals and company values.
You will be required to create strategies to meet specific staffing objectives, forecast hiring needs, develop hiring practices and procedures, structure compensation and benefits plans, design and implement onboarding and training programs, negotiate compensation packages, resolve employee conflicts, provide credible advice to senior managers regarding HR policies, and manage resolution of employee grievances.

A high level of interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities are also required.
