Account Executives help a company grow its client base by sourcing and securing new clients. Once a client has been secured, the account is often then managed by the Account Manager while the Account Executive continues looking for the next new client.

We are looking for an energetic Account Executive who can source new clients and recognize opportunities for strategic business partnerships. A strong grasp of  product knowledge and market trends are essential, as well as the ability to effectively communicate that knowledge to the potential client audience. You will be responsible for establishing quotas and assisting in the development of sales strategies. 

In order to thrive, you must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, have a broad roster of industry contacts, and be an aggressive networker. You will need to be organized and capable of multitasking while serving as the point of contact for potential and existing clients as well as internal departments. What makes an Account Executive most successful is a passion for establishing and growing lasting and productive client relationships.  

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to client prospects through warm and cold calls
  • Identifying client needs related to our company’s offerings
  • Effectively presenting the value proposition of our offerings to meet the client’s needs
  • Recognizing opportunities for sales or strategic business partnerships
  • Structuring and negotiating business relationships with clients
  • Meeting business quotas
  • Ensuring ongoing client satisfaction throughout the relationship cycle
  • Researching and analyzing data to find market trends
  • Supporting the development of strategies with the sales team
  • Developing and make presentations such as pitches and analyses
  • Remaining current on all company offerings and objectives
  • Assist in the handling and resolving of client complaints and concerns
